Characteristics:
Personality: Bailey is a quietly happy and intelligent person, her mouth is
always turned up into a slight smile, although her laughter is always in her
eyes rather than out loud. She is a confident person and always in command
of herself, so commanding such a large crew comes quite naturally to her.
She is quite a laid back CO, although there are occassions when she expects
protocol and formality to be taken out.
Strengths: Her confidence and naturalness with all people, no matter of race or beliefs, means that she finds it quite easy to get along with people.
Weaknesses: When in a bad mood she can be insensitive and unapproachable, although this is a rare occurance. Fear of the dark.
Quirks: She is always bobbing her head to some unseen tune and it is usually an indication of her mood.
Ambition: She has made her ambition by becoming the Commander of such a fine vessel, although she wouldn't say 'no' to further promotion!

Past: Bailey was born on the outpost DS4 and spent much of her early
childhood there. As a child she was very curious and had a thirst for
knowledge that has yet to be satisfied. When she was seven she awoke to her
big brother, Quinn, standing over her, raving and not being her brother at
all. Since this day she has had an irrational fear of complete darkness, and
her brother was frowned on and extridited by Trill society. She moved to
Trill at the age of eleven with her mother, her father still working on Deep
Space Four, and was schooled there with the intention of becoming joined to
a symbiont. She joined Starfleet Academy, gained her qualifications and had
her first assignment before being joined to the Logan symbiont. Bailey
Logan, therefore, became herself at the age of twenty seven. Then, with the
introduction of the Logan symbiont into her system she took on the
challenges of command and worked towards this day, when she gets to command
her own vessel.
