Characteristics:
Personality: Drew is a kind-hearted person and trusts his fellow
crewmates. He feels that everyone has a kindness about them, but he
also knows they all have an evil that is within that could come out at
any time. Being so he is very cautious about what he does, says, and
who he picks to work with him on various projects.
Strengths: Drew's main strength is that he had hands on training with
command positions before. He knows what to expect at any time almost.
His mother trained him well and to him the Academy was just a
finishing school. He knows how to play on the strength of his fellow
officers.
Weaknesses: Drew's kindness is most likely his strongest weakness. He
is some times to kind to people and knows that they have a good side
and most likely just had a down day.
Quirks: Drew is one that is normally a sticker for the rules for the
command officers. He is one of the few people that could almost run
through the whole handbook and rules that a Captain or any command
officer.

Past: Was born the first child, by one minute, to parents (Then)
Commander Thomas and Captain Penny Rowans, both serving Starfleet
officers. Now retired. Born on the star ship their parents served on.
The USS Furuba. His sister, Paige Rowans, was born one minute after
him. Each to after one of the parents. Paige took after their father
while Drew took after their mother. During this time he learn much
about the command aspect of the ship.
Of course with their parents being part of Starfleet both brother and
sister joined the Academy. After their first years the twins were
separated by the fact that their courses would no longer be the same.
During this time Drew went about and learned more about himself and
the people and environment around him. He learned how to cope with
life and the events it held in store for him.
It was at the end of those years that Paige and Drew came back
together. They both graduated from the Academy and went on with their
lives. Taking on some ships together and sometimes being separated for
months at a time. Even during those times he had a strong bond with
her. They were constantly in communication.
It was then that Drew took up a post as a Second Officer upon the USS
Mother Nature. She was a wonderful ship. It was there that he was
taught even more than the Academy could give to him.
