Personality: Neil is a very kind man, though he can be a little rude sometimes.
Strengths: He can always see the bright side and never gives up, even if his task seems impossible!
Weaknesses: He tends to trust everyone, but is very stubborn.
Quirks: He loves chocolate and tends to play with his ponytail.
Ambitions: To be a Chief Engineer on the first ship with Warp 10+ capability.
Interests: Warp Engines. He also loves music (metal) and is interested in ancient war tactics.

Education and Past:
Pre-Starfleet Education: Neil went to 'Buzz Aldrin High School,' a technical school where he learned the basics of engineering.
Academy: At the Academy he was always at the top of his class. He always had huge competition from his study-nemesis, Kurt Mears. Fights between the two were occasional because Neil was always a little bit better.
Previous Postings: Before coming to the USS Galileo, Neil was posted on the USS Rotterdam for 3 years as an AEO.
Past: Neil started assembling and disassembling his toys at
the age of 4. He kept doing this and even went to a technical high
school. At the age of 23 he lost his right leg when a plasma coil exploded while he was standing next to it. (It was his first day on the Rotterdam) He had a very hard time getting his life back on track, but he has learned to live with his prosthetic.
